Sophos Launches Partner Care to Boost Partner Profitability

“Channel best” is more than a slogan for Sophos, as it launches a new Partner Care offering. The program provides valuable non-sales information quickly, helping partners sell security solutions without distraction or delay.

Partners with last-minute questions need fast answers. Inquiries? Portal support? Price quotes? Licensing? 

 

Sophos has set up Partner Care, a dedicated team of experts devoted to handling these operational, non-sales related issues, available 24/7. This help desk offers partners a single point of contact for queries ranging from quoting and navigating the partner portal to addressing licensing issues and Not For Resale (NFR) requests. The goal is to provide high levels of service for partners working with SMB customers, allowing the partners to boost productivity and increase profitability.

 

Resolve these administrative issues quickly, and partners can close sales with fewer hindrances. They can then spend more time focusing on their customers and less time saying, "I'll get back to you."

 

Helping is Selling

Kendra Krause, senior vice president of global channels and small business sales at Sophos noted, “We're constantly looking to enhance our channel-best strategy. One of those elements is having that specialized team dedicated to partners. This really reinforces our strategy as a channel-best company and we’re continuing to enhance those offerings for our partners."

More Than a Motto

“Partner Care reinforces Sophos’ longstanding strategy to be ‘channel-best,’ which is our commitment to provide partners with optimal, conflict-free revenue and profitability opportunities, curated training and support, and advanced security solutions that defend customers from data breachesransomware and other debilitating cyberattacks," Krause said.

 

There is more to channel support than Partner Care. The new help desk is one of many support elements to help Sophos partners sell and support Sophos’ portfolio of innovative managed services, encompassing endpoint, network, email, and cloud security.

 

Sophos is also offering several enhancements to its global partner program, offering an additional 5% reward on top of a deal registration discount for partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR). This offer expires on March 31, 2024.

 

To help streamline varying technologies within customers’ environments, Sophos also recently added a Veeam integration to its Sophos MDR and XDR solutions.
